Reason: Outlook
uses forms for everything. Sometimes these get corrupt and need to be rebuilt.
Resolution:
- Close
outlook
- Open
the user’s profile c:\documents and settings\<user ID>
- search
for the “FRMCACHE.DAT” (Choose
to search hidden and system files options as well)
- From
the search results, delete the file FRMCACHE.DAT
- Restart
outlook
